Facility Servisys, Inc. (FSI)

​

   Was granted a sub-license to operate ServiceMaster products and services in Panay Island Cities and Provinces, Philippines starting August 2017. The main office of FSI is co-located with UBIX Corporation at the G/F, Viosils Arcade, M.H. del Pilar St., Molo, Iloilo City.

 

   This is the first sub-license approved by Facilities Managers, Inc., the Master Licensee of ServiceMaster in the Philippines. FMI is a subsidiary of Ubix Corporation, a Top 1,000 Corporation in the country.

 

   ServiceMaster (www.servicemaster.com) is one of the largest service providers in America founded in 1929 by Marion E. Wade.  Currently ServiceMaster serves more than 9 million customers in the US and in 40 countries around the world.

LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH THE SERVICEMASTER COMPANY

 

   The Sub-Licensing Agreement allowed FSI the right to operate ServiceMaster Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services under the brand name ServiceMaster Clean and Safeway Termite and Pest Control Services. 

​

   In addition to the various ServiceMaster licensed services, FSI likewise offers to customers Office Support or Manpower Services, Engineering Maintenance Services, Grounds Care & Landscaping Services and various cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies.

 

THE CUSTOMER WE SERVE

​

   As provided in the Sub-Licensing Agreement, FSI will focus its operations on the three major markets namely Business & Industry (B&I), Education and Health markets. In the B&I segment, FSI is focusing on the Business Processing & Call Center companies. Out of the 150 accounts, 35 major clients comprise 93% of the company’s revenue. In the Philippines, the Top 10 clients of ServiceMaster include the following:

  2.  Go Green - Use of environment friendly cleaning chemicals and agents in support of the LEED Certification program of clients. FMI’s “Green” products are certified by various US Environmental Protection agencies.

  3.  Capture & Removal System – Use of Microfiber, Green Chemicals and Back Pack Vacuums.

  4.  Blue Cleaning – Use of Ionized water for cleaning. Zero use of chemicals
